Server can not be scanned

I can't believe what a bunch of problems I'm having with this new AA3 update, 3.0.8.1.

First I couldn't get the server installed and running properly without help from the host, and now while the server is up and running and can't be scanned by GameTracker. I can't believe how much time I've already wasted on something that doesn't even take a quarter of the time with other servers.

Anyway, I need the server banner up and running. The link to the server is: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/94.75.249.3:8777/

Have you contacted your server provider's support team?
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Yes, it's a server run by gameservers.com.

They told me the following:

"Just to be clear, have you already registered your server on the aa3 site(ie, here: http://login.aa3.americasarmy.com/)?
I suspect the patch process may have removed some necessary information in the server's .ini files which is preventing it from broadcasting normally."

Well, I actually did that a long time ago, but ever since the 3.0.8.1 patch has been applied the server appears dead but is actually running.

I'm totally lost here.
