Game Giveaway? could it be?
Update: We are moving forward and hoping that we can have it this October or November 2011. We're working out the details, but everyone that is registered here on GameTracker will have at least 1 chance to win, but you also have to be registered on our Steam Group, so join there as well: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/HackHunter because this is how we will be distributing games. Joining our Steam Group also gives you a second chance to win... be sure to use the same game names as both groups if you can... if not let us know what the differences are and we will see if we can accommodate that-no guarantees.

PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT:
Get a jump on our upcoming, still to be announced, Game Giveaway by joining our Steam Group for HackHunters.

Yeah, that's right you're hearing about the 'still to be announced' 'how we're not talking about it,' first, or maybe second, not sure, but I'm certainly not going to tell anyone if I even knew, which I do don't. So yeah, maybe it has to do with being a Steam member in our group for HackHunters, and maybe it has to do with registering on our main forum and listing your xfire profile link on your profile there under where it says list your website, or clan address, or maybe some other gaming related link that you like, but whatever, I'm not spilling nothing so don't ask! And it doesn't have to do with getting steam games from us for doing practically nothing, so no never mind. Did I just say 'no never mind?' and 'do don't?' Oh well, there you go, something for you to figure out.

So, figure it out. It's sort of a riddle game but just in case you're not sure, get over to steam and sign up for our group! (thanks)

Stop-Cheats petition, everyone please sign and spread the word.

Tell Game Developers to take action.
Sign the petition!

www.Stop-Cheats.com

Stop-Cheats.com is requesting your help in spreading the word about a very important issue regarding cheating in online gaming. It is a fact that Game Developers could file law suits against those who publish multiplayer cheats, because the creation and publication of cheats is illegal. If they did you would see a quick elimination of online cheating. It's time we told Game Developers and Publishers exactly how we feel about their lack of initiative.

Lets get the 1 million signatures needed to make Game Developers motivated to do something.

HunterBean Cafe
A New Initiative: HUNTERBEAN CAFE (non-profit)

BACKGROUND: Being an Architect by trade, I've witnessed many projects getting built. I know from experience that anything is possible if there is will, experience and talent to see it through. The other day in Brooklyn, my wife and 7 year old were playing in the park when they heard shots which sent them and everyone running. This is the first time I've every known that shots where fired and well, that was way to close for me, which brings me to yet another initiative I've decided to pursue, for it is obvious that there is a need:

HunterBean Cafe will be a place where older teens can come and play online games for free in exchange for help with maintenance of the facility. It is hoped that they will pick up good social behaviors and attitudes, be a HunterBean (HackHunters.com) and maybe pickup some useful information about computer technology & software, all in hopes of improving their outlook on life.

To make this initiative work I will proceed as follows:
1) Draw up a concept plan and renderings of what the place might look like.
2) As a volunteer coach for the Brooklyn Youth Association, I will approach them for their organizational skills, experience and oversight of the program.
3) Create a financial plan.
4) Look for people willing to pledge some donation to the project via HackHunter's website (as this will be part of HunterBean Cafe).
5) Look for corporate sponsors to fund the majority of the project.
6) Look for a specific space, hire a contractor and oversee it's construction.
7) Open it and spread the word.

Feel free to comment on the concept. It would be greatly appreciated.

Good Clans vs Bad Clans
One of our goals is to root out Bad Clans, that is, clans whose members sometimes cheat while at the same time they kick or ban any visitor who cheats, ensuring their domination over everyone. We're going to put a stop to this practice one way or another.

First we will let them know what they're up to (one chance to change), and try and get the clancheaters banned (our system insures that the member will not be able to return under a different name, which happens way to much).

If this doesn't work and the clan cheaters remain under the umbrella of the clan, we will ask PunkBuster and others to not honor any of their ban requests. By doing so, their server will become over-run with cheats which will force the honest players to leave (unless they're completely brain-dead). By getting the honest players to leave, it will give another clan the opportunity to create a great honest server and leave the 'cheat clan' infested with hackers.
